I. How do I become a member?

There are two (2) types of membership:

• Regular (Regular Employee of BGHMC, Employee of BGHMCEMPC and Retirees)
• Associated Member ( Job Order and Contractual)

To become a member, you need to:

• Attend the Pre-Membership Seminar (PMES)
• Fill-up Application Form
• Pay the initial fees (Membership and Mortuary)

II. What are my benefits as a member?

• Deposits: minimum of:
  • P200 Share Capital
  • P400 Savings Deposit
  • P400 Time Deposit
• Maintaining Balance of P1,000.00 for Savings Deposit; P5,000.00 for Time Deposit
  • Avail of the services of the cooperative
  • Interest on Share Capital and Patronage Refund
  • Mortuary Benefit
